Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases of Kwizo Plus, our monthly subscription plan, operated by SimplyPulse AB.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Kwizo Plus subscription at any time from within your dashboard. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. After cancellation, your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.

2. Refunds for partial billing periods

We do not offer refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to Plus features until the period ends but will not be reimbursed for the remaining days.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — for example, if you were charged after cancellation or charged an incorrect amount — please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kwizo.app. We will investigate promptly and issue a full refund if the charge was made in error.

4. Exceptional circumstances

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as a serious technical failure on our part that prevented you from using the service. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at hello@kwizo.app with a description of the issue.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
